Personal data collected on this form will be stored and used by The Union in line with the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation. The data will be used for the running of your society for the duration of said academic year. This will include being used as contact information for any MMU student wishing to get in touch with your society and for The Union & MMU official business. We may use this information to inform you of relevant training and opportunities connected to your role as a society committee members and to gain feedback from you. We will not pass this information on to any external third parties, save where the operation of your society demands it or where you are affiliated to another organisation, association or governing body that requires it.
