There have been some changes throughout this form. One of the most notable is that we now require risk assessments to be filled out for all bookings. Please read through each section carefully before filling out this form to ensure we can book you in on time!
This form is for requesting a meeting room, studio space or the conference suite within The Union building for your club or society.
We'll always do our best to accommodate all bookings you make, but this may not always be possible due to room availability.
Please remember that all bookings need 7 days to be processed; 14 days if your event requires food; and 21 days if your event requires an external speaker.

If you're looking to book a stall at reception, email s.u.societies@mmu.ac.uk with your request. You can call reception on 0161 247 1162 to check for availability before requesting.
If you're wondering about booking the Main Hall, please refer to the
