• The Union building is a space for students to use for all sorts of activity, whether you need a quiet study space, a meeting area for your society or just a space to get together with other students and discuss work.
  
  We have several meeting rooms all fully equipped with audio/visual plus a studio ideal for active group sessions and exercise. These spaces are free for students so if you would like to book complete the form below.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: Completing this form does not automatically book a space, please wait for a confirmation e-mail from The Union.

• Most rooms are equipped with projectors that can be used with a laptop via VGA or HDMI connector ports, or via a mini DisplayPort to either VGA or HDMI convertor on Macs.
  Reception can advise on which rooms do not have projectors. Convertors cannot be provided from The Union.

• I certify that all of the information above is to the best of my knowledge and is true, correct and complete. I also understand that falsifying information when booking rooms may result in the union invoking the membership code of conduct and applying disciplinary measures.
  
  Furthermore, I understand that if I am more than 15 minutes late for my booking, and have not informed The Union of my lateness, The Union has the right to cancel my booking.

  BOOKING AGREEMENT
  
  - You cannot book more than a week in advance and cannot make repeat bookings.
  - No external charity or commercial business can be apply to book through the student booking form.
  - The media suite is reserved for trained student volunteers, see the Opportunities office for more information.
  - No individual student can book exhibition space for information distribution; this is reserved for clubs and societies.
  - Students can only have one room booked onto the system at a time. Another booking can't be processed until the previous booking has elapsed.
