The General Data Protection Regulation gives individuals the right to know what information is being held about them and to access this information.

We provide the information free of charge and aim to complete all access requests within 30 days. In some cases where the retrieval of information is particularly complex or where there is a valid delay the period may be extended but we will let you know if this is the case.

You can use the form below to request access to the information we hold about you.

The information will normally be available within 30 days from the date your identity is verified. Please take a form of photo ID to the Finance Office (open 11am to 4pm, Mon-Fri) for verification of your ID once you have submitted the form. We will accept a student ID card, valid driver’s licences or current passport.
