Election Request Form

Please fill in this form to request an election for any vacant positions on your committee. The role must be vacant or a new position for an election to run.

Elections can run from October but you must give us a week (7 days) notice for your election. This gives you time to promote it to your members and gives us time to ask any questions we may have and set the election up for you.

All elections take place online through the Union website. only registered members of your society can stand or run in the elections.

If voting opens on the same day nominations closed they will open at 16:00 that day. Otherwise they'll open 09:00 on the day stated.
